For many people, it can be a dream come true to have a way to work from home – that is, until they actually begin, and they find it is more difficult than they expected! You have to be disciplined when you work from home – which is one of the most difficult parts of the job! After all, if you do not focus when it is time to work during the day, you may end up working well into the evening trying to get this work finished! And you just might find that, at times, the best way to actually “work from home” is to not be home at all.

There are a lot of different places where you can go to get out of your home and work, but one consideration is that you go to a place that has internet. After all, if you are doing work that allows you to work from home, chances are pretty good that you will need a connection to the internet.

Even though it is easy to find places where free internet is offered – places such as Borders, Barnes & Noble, and Panera – you will also want to test the internet. At these places where the internet is available to lots of people at once, it can end up being slow and unreliable. In looking for internet away from home, your best bet is to go out during a time that is not “peak hours” to such places as Atlanta Bread Company or Panera Bread Company. At these places, “peak hours” falls between about 11 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon – basically, right around lunch time. Considering that this is right in the middle of the day, this might seem inconvenient, but it is actually perfect! After all, if you start working at the same place all day, every day, you will open yourself up to falling into the same “work rut” you do from home.

Work From Your Own Home Office!

You should typically try to work from home as much as you can, when you are working from home. But as you work from home, you will also want to leave yourself an easy means for “escape,” by knowing where all the best “work away from home” spots are around you; in this way, you can go to them whenever it becomes difficult to focus.
